EZ Smart Series


Equipped with a built-in transducer the EZ series may be used to calibrate quickly and accurately every kind of fastening tools (torque wrenches, electric and air screwdrivers). Memorized readings can easily be transfered to any kind of computer or printer through RS232 C port.

Suitable with all our transducers (SB, B and NST Series) the MTA is a powerfull hand-held Force/Torque/Torque & Angle Analyser. It allows you to set up and create tool tests, save readings for PC transfer. It is the ideal solution to organize and store data collection for ISO and SPC documentation.


It may be connected simultaneously to 4 different transducers via a multiplexer. Use of bar code reader is also possible to select quickly the tool test for each of your tool on the assembly line.

B Series: Rotary transducers with brushes



Ideal to measure the torque really achieved on the joints, the B Series transducers are suitable with EZ smart testers, TA Smart read-out, MTA analyser and DAQ Amplifier.

Equipped with self-lubricating brushes and accurate ball bearings.

SB Series: Brushless rotary transducers



Ideal to measure the torque really achieved on the joints, the SB Series transducers are suitable with TA SB Smart read-out and MTA analyzer. Equipped with accurate ball bearings.

ARCII auto recognition with MTA analyzer.

Maximum rotation speed: 12000 rpm until 18 Nm, 9000 rpm until 160 Nm and 7000 rpm until 1000 Nm.

« A » transducers version is equipped for angle measurement.
